Wildlife and nature journeys are about time outdoors: early mornings in a national park, a walk through forest, a river at dusk or a snorkelling session over coral. Sightings are never guaranteed, and the best trips accept that.
This theme spans several regions, including Kaziranga in Assam, the Dooars forests of North Bengal, Himalayan forest trails and the Andaman Islands.
How we plan it
We plan around park timings, seasons and your tolerance for early starts. We build in more than one safari or outing where possible, because a single outing is a thin basis for expecting any particular sighting.
We confirm current park rules, entry arrangements and any closures before finalising dates.
