Because infrastructure is simpler in these areas, good planning matters more, not less.
We choose routes only after checking distances, road conditions and what is genuinely available on the ground. Accommodation in remote areas is often simple, so we describe it honestly.
We add buffer time for road delays and weather, and avoid stacking too many long transfers back to back.
