Culture and heritage journeys explore how places have been shaped by the people who live in them: Buddhist monasteries in Sikkim and Bhutan, colonial-era hill stations, Assamese temples and satras, and the old streets of Kathmandu.
It is a theme that cuts across destinations, so you can plan around it before choosing where to go.
How we plan it
We combine well-known heritage sites with quieter ones, and leave time for conversation, food and walking. Where a monastery or temple has dress codes, photography rules or restricted hours, we explain them in advance.
We work with local guides where appropriate and focus on respectful, informed visits.
